Guitarist/vocalist Paul Masvidal the progressive rock/metal band CYNIC has revealed to Andrew Pennington of Ireland’s Molten magazine that the group is working on material for a new full-length album for a tentative late 2012 release.
“Right now we’re deep in [writing] the album,” Masvidal said. “It’ll probably come out towards the end of the year. I think that’s the goal, to deliver it by the summer.
