4. Immolation – Yonkers, New York – just outside New York City limits, upstate – this crusty and Brutal Death Metal squad from New York that started as Rigor Mortis has been making albums for twenty years,  more steadily than most of their peers.

There is nothing more bone-crushing than the roar of this mighty band. ‘Majesty and Decay‘, the last album from Immolation dispatched to the public in 2010, shows that what started on the debut Immolation LP ‘Dawn of Possesion‘ has just gotten better with age.
